Our philosophy is to support riders in ways that we would like to be treated, as valued customers and peers. We aren't in this for the money, or to build the next wonder light carbon unobtainable dream bike. We realize that you are just like us, wanting the most for your money. Although we can produce a bike that utilizes carbon fiber, we choose to produce a competent bicycle that you can depend on, and ultimately not have to worry about. There are thousands of frames available in many shapes, sizings, colors, designs and marketing gimmicks. The interesting thing is that simply buying a $3000 or even a $10000 frameset doesn't immediately mean the bike is correct for you. Our ultimate goal is to create a frameset to fit your needs properly, devoid of trickery, high on functionality. We choose to use 7005 aluminum due to its availability, variations and ability to produce a simple, high quality precision bicycle frame that does not create a penalty when you ride it. Our frame pricing begins at $600 and varies based on design, tubing and paint. We now have BB30 in stock and available. All frames are produced in Phoenix, Arizona, and welded by a FAA certified welder. Yes, they are indeed Handmade in the USA. After welding each frame goes through a rigorous process of straightening on our custom jig, where we strive for fractions of a millimeter. We then stress releive each frame in our oven, then check for proper dimensions yet again. We are not Chuck's Bikes from Los Angeles, and did not produce any frameset he has sold at any time. These bikes were chinese built, and by no means the same as ours. If you happen to have a Tsunami that was bought through him, or his auctions on Ebay we apologize for any confusion. Essentially our companies came into existence in California at the same time. No agreement could be made to exclusivity, so we coexisted. As we understand there is no more Chuck's Bikes and his own Tsunami. We are the only producer of Tsunami, ours are fully American Made at this time. If you have smooth welds on your frame it may have been made overseas. If there is some decal on the top tube other than our current decal, our wave decal, or Team Issue of some sort, it is not a genuine Tsunami.
